10 children of care institutions from the cities of Berezhany and Ternopil experienced Easter traditions like at home.

It all started with workshops on Pysanka, which lasted throughout the pre-Easter Sunday, at various locations. Thanks to our volunteer craftsmen Olya Baznyk-Shchedrina and Iryna, as well as the Ternopil Science Center, 40 children improved their Easter egg painting skills. Pysanka is one of the most important traditions of Ukrainians.

Thanks to our friends, we were able to organize Easter holiday for 10 children, for the first time, in the house of our foundation. The children were completely immersed here in the homely atmosphere of rest and carefreeness. They prepared salads themselves, decorated the Easter basket and consecrated it in one of the churches of Ternopil. During the Easter breakfast, everyone beat eggs in advance. The winner was the one with the surviving egg. Then everyone watched movies together, played table tennis, and again sat down at the table and ate as much as they wanted, as all do in every family, on Easter.

The children returned to their institutions and everyone left pleasant memories of this year's Easter.
