From 27 to 28 December 2024 foster parents recharged their batteries in conditions of safety, care and mutual support together with psychologists Svitlana and Iryna.

The hospitable Ternopil Hotel and the Panorama Restaurant hosted the participants of the meeting.

On 27 December, after working hard in teams, parents had the opportunity to feel like stars and show off in front of a camera. A professional photo shoot made them feel special and beautiful.

One of the missions of Orphans Future Charitable Foundation is to support foster families a source of professional training and advice to parents raising children who are deprived of parental care.

The participants of the monthly support meetings were 14 foster parents who live in the Ternopil region, most of whom are refugees, made possible with the financial support of The Global Fund for Children and the Yevhen Hlyva Foundation.

The parents were very grateful to the Orphans Future Foundation’ team for these meetings, because they provide support making them feel like they are not forgotten and because being a foster parents I is stressful and often difficult, especially in war conditions.

We ask people and entrepreneurs to join our charity by providing support to foster families who take in orphans so that the children do not get sent to state run institutions but live in a family.
