On January 15th, a great Christmas Workshop was organized for 19 children who live 24/7 in state-run orphanage boarding school which is in Berezhany city, 60km from Ternopil. The snow and cold didn’t change our plans on that day.
This is the time of the year when most families celebrate Christmas holidays together and, there is no time for children who live in rural area institutions of the Ternopil region.
That is why the team of the Orphans’ Future Foundation is planning and implementing different activities for these children during the holidays.
We are thankful to the volunteer Nadia Guta who is a professional master in making and decorating holiday gifts. The children were able to learn and practice to decorate Christmas cookies which were in different shape. After, the children were making Christmas cards with Christmas bells on it. Besides making things, the children sang Christmas carols and danced.
We are thankful to supporters who donated gifts for these children during the Christmas season in Ukraine: Pam Bermingham Whan and her friends and the local company Ñòàíäàðòïàðê Óêðà¿íà
We are planning our next Christmas Workshop for 15 children who live 24/7 in Nove Selo state run institution during the holidays in Ukraine.
So, follow us and let make a difference together.
