On a trip to the U.S. in January 2011 - Chairman of the Orphans' Future, Andriy Nazarenko met with partners and friends of the Fund, who have been actively supported its activity for several years:
With Lisa and Jeff Saviano - the Directors of the World Orphan Project Andrij has discussed partnership in long-term project The Resource Center for youth, the graduates of state-run orphanages of the Ternopil region.
With Mrs. Cora White - the Director of Foster Care organization from the State of Wisconsin - discussed support of summer camp in 2011.
With Karen and Gordon Griffin discussed the possibility of attracting additional resources for Orphans Future's activities in 2011.
The travel and living expenses of Andriy Nazarenko in the United States were covered by Lois's foster family from Wisconsin State.
In addition, Andriy met with former orphans of Koropets state-run orphanage, and now the U.S. citizens after 19 year of separation. Together they discussed the Reunion after 20 years, which will be held in Ternopil and the U.S. in summer 2012 and they all continue to search other participants in the U.S. and in the Ternopil region to attend the meeting. Andy Gruen - one of the Ukrainians who stayed in the U.S. with Gruen's family, donated $470 US dollars to the needs of orphans of Ternopil.
